Review your items, options, contact details, pickup time and total before placing your order. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. Checkout confirms availability, pricing and tax. Review any updated total before continuing.

A saved cart or draft checkout is not an order confirmation. Check the confirmation and order status after placing an order. If payment or confirmation is still processing, check your existing order before placing another.

Payment and pickup

Checkout shows the payment methods available for your order. When you choose pay at pickup, payment is due when you collect your order. Online payment uses the secure payment form shown at checkout.

Choose an available pickup time and check your confirmed pickup details. Provide contact information where we can reach you about your order. Contact us if you need help with a pickup arrangement.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

Contact us to discuss a change, cancellation, refund or problem with an order. Include your order reference so we can check its status and discuss the available options. Closing your browser or clearing its storage does not cancel an order or payment.

Catering and dietary requirements

A catering inquiry is a request for a quote. Confirm the menu, price and arrangements with us before treating an inquiry as a confirmed order.

Contact us about allergies or dietary requirements before ordering so we can discuss whether an item is suitable for you.

Your information and email choices

Our Privacy Policy explains how we use order and inquiry information. Marketing email is optional and can be declined while placing an order.
