Orders and inquiries

We collect the name, email address, phone number, order selections, pickup details and notes you provide at checkout. Contact and catering inquiries include the contact details, event details and message you choose to share. Please avoid sensitive personal information in free-text notes.

We use this information to prepare and fulfill orders, send confirmations, answer inquiries and contact you about your order. SubeOn, provided by Sube Dynamics, processes orders, customer records and marketing email choices. Google Firebase hosts this website and provides backend services. Online card details are entered into Stripe’s secure payment form.

Marketing email choices

The optional marketing checkbox starts unchecked. You can order without selecting it. If you select it, your choice and the wording shown are sent to SubeOn with your checkout for recording when the order is placed. Leaving it unchecked does not withdraw consent previously given.

You can withdraw marketing consent using the unsubscribe option in a marketing email or by contacting us. We still use your contact details for messages needed to fulfill your order.

Cookies and information in your browser

We store your cart, previously entered customer details and recent order tracking information in local browser storage to help you continue ordering and reopen an order. A checkout cookie keeps the server connected to your checkout. Clearing browser storage can remove saved details or access to tracking, but does not cancel an order or payment or withdraw marketing consent.

Embedded Google Maps and Stripe payment forms connect to those providers and are subject to their privacy practices.

Privacy requests and retention

Contact us to ask about your information, request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw marketing consent. We may retain order and consent records needed for business or legal requirements.
